If you need to change a team member after you’ve registered, let us know ASAP by completing and returning the change of team member form.

Acknowledgement, Waiver and Release form (PDF)
If you’re a participant and haven’t already signed a waiver form when registering, please complete, sign and send us the acknowledgement, waiver and release form

Statutory Declaration (PDF)
If your team has misplaced a donation receipt book, please fill out a Statutory Declaration form and send it back to us.

Team Time Calculator
Oxfam Trailwalker legend, Christopher Turner, developed the Team Time Calculator to plan his team’s event and has shared it with us. Use this calculator to work out how long each section should take you, to plan your rest stops with your support crew and to estimate your finishing time.
