1. Volunteer Assignment Details sheet
2. Volunteer Handbook (includes checkpoint maps)
3. Your Position Description/s
4. A link to download your Trail Marshal location map (relevant to Trail Marshals only)
5. Training information
6. Your parking pass for the event (print this out and display on your dashboard)
Please ensure you read through this email and attached documents thoroughly and print any materials that you will need to take with you to your volunteer shift.
Training sessions
Our general volunteer training sessions have already been held for this year but if you missed them it does not mean that you can no longer volunteer with us! Please ensure that you read through the Position Description for your role and the Volunteer Handbook in detail that you would have received in your Volunteer Confirmation Pack email. You should also watch the training videos that we have available on youtube.
If you have any questions at all please feel free to contact us at trailwalkermelbourne@oxfam.org.au or call 03 9289 9233.
