  • Time: All sessions will be held from 6.00pm – 7.00pm.
  • Where: Paddy Pallin Brisbane, 120 Wickham St Fortitude Valley
  • Arrive at 5.30pm for a 6.00pm start.  Paddy Pallin will close at 7.30pm to allow time for the keen shoppers

Organising all of your gear for such a big event can seem like an overwhelming task. The experts from Paddy Pallin along with a past participant will break it down for you to help you simplify the process.

The team at My FootDr Podiatry are back again assisting trailwalkers this year at our event.

Podiatrist Sam Lindsay from My FootDr will provide advice on the lead up to the Oxfam Trailwalker event. With a demonstration on how to prevent blisters and strap your feet for support and blister prevention for training and event day.

Plus, tips on appropriate footwear, sock selection and first aid kit tips!

The team at Allsports Physiotherapy has proudly been assisting trailwalkers complete Brisbane’s edition of the 100km Oxfam Trailwalker since 2010. In addition to providing their services at Checkpoint 3 this year, our friends at Allsports will also be joining us to provide professional advice on training tips in the lead up, conquering the challenge safely, and how to maximise your recovery whilst minimising the risk of injury throughout.
