Training guides

Oxfam in collaboration with Melbourne Osteopathy Sports Injury Centre have developed the following Training Programs for participants to download. We have training programs for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced walkers for all 3 distances. We recommend that you consult with your doctor or Allied Health Specialist for advice relative to your personal fitness level and health.
